The Dubai Real Estate market records AED 1.8bn worth of transactions on Thursday, March 23
Yesterday’sMarch 23rd deals of AED351.4 million, and 16 gift deals amounting to AED63.78 million, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data.
The sales included 501 villas and apartments worth AED1.1 billion, and 47 land plots worth AED336.31 million. The mortgages included 75 villas and apartments worth AED118.04 million and 19 land plots valued at AED233.36 million.
The emirate’s real estate market posted transactions worth more than AED10.1 billion ($2.8 billion) last week from a total of 3,903 transactions during the week ended March 17.
The city’s land department report revealed that 208 plots were sold for AED1.12 billion ($305 million), while 2,906 apartment and villa sales totaled AED6.25 billion ($1.7 billion).
